The SJS Foundation Board is the legal entity responsible for SJS. The roles and responsibilities of the SJS Foundation Board is the pivotal framework for the school, staff, communities, parents, and its students.
The Founding Board established the SJS mission statement and vision for the school. The Board has overall fiscal responsibility for SJS and develops and adopts the annual SJS budget, as well as developing and establishing programs to fulfill the mission. In addition, it is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with the state, local agencies, and the SJS community.
